Sunset Cay Lakes Condominiums

There are five condominium complexes at Port of the Island.

SUNSET CAY LAKES condominiums have views across two lakes to a preserve that is a state park. The two story buildings have 8 to 12 units per building with the same floor plans on first and second floors. These units are 2br/2ba or 3br/2ba ranging from 1116 sf to 1321 sf under air and 1251 sf to 1459 sf total. Each unit has a one car detached garage. There is a community pool located between the two lakes.
